What was the highlight of Royal Tulip City Center

Perfect location, affordable & great service!

The location was great! Close to the train station & not to far from the ferry with a short taxi ride. The breakfast buffet was amazing & the staff were very helpful & friendly. The view was nice & unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool but it looked very inviting. We would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel in all aspects is excellent except the food and drinks are overpriced.

the location and the room size are excellent.

There a number of issues need attentions: 1- the bath room shower is difficult to adjust inside the bath tap. Also, the class is not good enough to prevent the water to go all over the bathroom 2- Many areas such handles and mirror need to be tighten 3- the food is very expensive.

An unfortunate incident occurred during my stay in Tangiers—I had my mobile phone stolen on the second day by two individuals on a moped. I ended up spending several hours at the police station trying to sort things out. Thankfully, the hotel was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout the ordeal. They allowed me to make international calls to resolve issues with my phone and phone line, and even sent a thoughtful gesture—a fruit basket along with a tray of pastries—to lift my spirits. The room itself was pleasant, though the bed wasn’t as comfortable as one might hope. That said, the staff were exceptional—attentive, kind, and professional. The breakfast was truly exquisite, a standout part of the stay. A special shout out g oes to yassine senior manager at the night shift who went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. providing his mobile to contact my loved ones and helping in any way he could to ease the tension. Yassine lead by example.

Wonderful

Spacious and comfortable room with good cleaning service. Two restaurants onsite, one buffet the other spanish food a la carte. I tried both and recommed the Spanish restaurant. I didn't think the buffet was worth the price. The pool was very clean and well maintained. Staff was nice and helpful.

I didn't quite enjoy the breakfast but it can be a cultural thing. The pool restaurant is decent but nothing special.

Super clean, amazing staff, few min walking distance to the mall and all restaurants and clubs. Super

It was immaculate clean, rooms are honestly super big and the pool views are nice. I got sick and they normally charge for room service even if is included in the package but they brought my breakfast to my room. Staff is super friendly and polite they speak perfect English and we had some jokes too. This hotel it will be the one I’ll be booking in future when visiting Tangeir I feel so confortable there.

I enjoyed my stay it was comfortable and the location was great.

Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I am writing to express my concern regarding an incident that occurred during my recent stay at The Royal Tulip Tangier. On the day of our checkout, the doorman noticed we were waiting for a taxi and offered to arrange one for us. He claimed that it was busy and difficult to find a taxi, but he managed to get one for us. I asked him about the cost, and he initially quoted 30 dirhams. However, during the journey, the taxi driver abruptly informed us that the fare would actually be 150 dirhams. This was a shocking and unreasonable increase from the original quote. When we questioned this, the taxi driver claimed that the hotel had confirmed the higher price. Given this discrepancy, we asked him to stop the taxi and demanded to be let out. The taxi driver then demanded 20 dirhams as compensation, which was completely unjustified. This experience left us feeling deceived and uncomfortable. We expected a certain level of integrity and honesty from the hotel’s staff, especially when arranging services for guests. I hope you can address this issue with The Royal Tulip Tangier to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
